1 cda de mantequilla
1/2 cdta de jengibre en polvo
2 bananas maduras cortadas en tajadas de 1/3 plg. de grosor

Combine brown sugar, rum, butter, and ginger in a wide skillet.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in bananas. Stir over medium heat until bananas are heated through and syrup is slightly thickened.

Serve warm with chocolate ice cream.
