Mocha Chocolate Cookie Non-Dairy
1 cup soy milk
2 oz Kahlua (optional)
Whipped nondairy topping (as needed)
Chocolate sauce (as needed)
Espresso powder (as needed)
1 carton Häagen-Dazs Non-Dairy Mocha Chocolate Cookie
Allow ice cream to soften at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Combine ice cream, soy milk, and Kahlua (if desired) in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass, top with nondairy whipped topping, chocolate syrup and espresso powder.
