So I have always been a staunch Dulce de leche fan. I don't like ice cream but when I have a rare craving, this is where I turn. However, I had a hard week so I decided I deserved 2 treats so that I may indulge later in the week as well. Decided I wasn't going to go with 2 of the same and I was going to break out of my box. Pralines and Cream it is, gave it a try and....WOW! Simply wow! The flavors by over powering or sickenly sweet, it is instead the perfect amount of everything. From the pecans to the caramel to the Pralines. I have never eaten my little individual 500ml in one sitting by myself. One these usually lasts me atleast a week. Gone in 30 minutes and then I was mad that I didn't go for two...SMH...sorry Dulce, there just may be a new sheriff in town...LOL
Since Häagen-Dazs discontinued the Macadamia Brittle flavor, I have been looking for a similar flavor. Finally, I found it in Pralines and Cream. Please DO NOT discontinue. Why is this product not available at Super Target?
I love how the ice cream isn't salty, and the nuts aren't hard, nor are they mushy. It has this sweet candy coating that does not overpower the flavor of the nut. The sweet caramel tastes like real caramel instead of flavorless goop. You can tell love was put into this I've cream when it was first created. Please make it available to all grocery stores!
Should have never made it exclusive to Walgreens in previous years as they never kept it in stock. I remember complaining that they were out of stock and the manager said he would add it to the list...? Why would you have to add it to the list when there were advertising exclusivity?
